With PHAN’s membership system as it currently is, each organization has someone who manages the membership. For you, as an administrator, to be able to access the membership records and make updates, the system needs to have you listed as a member, or for you to log in as someone else on your organization. Your inclusion under your organization’s profile doesn’t add to the amount due for the organization, as long as you’re not exceeding the number of members in your membership tier. If you prefer your name not be included, we can remove it and you can log in under someone else’s membership if you prefer.
The membership in PHAN is based on membership levels, so there’s a tier for organizations up to and including 8 members; up to and including 12 members; and another for up to and including 16 members. So the rate at each level is a flat rate, rather than a per member rate.
